Tenant Selection Criteria
- Positive References- Two positive references, preferably rental references
- Credit History- Preferably no collections history or late payments within the last 2 years, the good credit will need to outweigh the bad. *Special consideration provided for credit incidents relating to medical expenses.
- Positive References- No felonies, drug-related or violent crime convictions. Misdemeanors evaluated on a case by case basis, depending on offense.

How to Apply
Applications are available for download below, at each individual property, or by calling or stopping by the HRDC office. Return the completed application to the HRDC office for processing.
Photo identification for all adults, verification of citizenship, and verification of social security number and income are required.
All units require a security deposit. The amount of deposit required varies by apartment. Security deposits may be made in three installments.
All renters will sign a one year lease. After the initial term is completed, the agreement will renew on a month to month basis.
