Fork & Spoon Makes it to the Big Screen

June 16, 2026

Recently, a Fork & Spoon recipe for curried chicken salad made it onto The Food Network via Montana based chef, Bryce Stubbs. Stubbs has volunteered several times at Fork & Spoon. He recently competed in the "100 Chefs" competition. He then made an instagram post where he prepared the recipe on camera and shared it with his followers with a shout out to Fork & Spoon.

Each Fork & Spoon Recipe is a result of the special care and attention of our Fork & Spoon team. Every meal we serve is thoughtful, delicious, and available to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Our recipes are created to spark dignity and joy in all those that eat at our restaurant and,  with this story, one of those recipes has made it out into the world.

The reason this recipe came to Stubb’s mind in a national competition is because it is a simple, healthy, carefully crafted one that was created with the intention to lift people up and nourish them. That is the power of food and that is the power of community.

When we put just as much effort and heart into feeding our neighbors as we do into fine dining, what we are left with is a meal that not only fills bellies, but changes lives. Food empowers, strengthens, and unites us all.

We are happy to have been a part of Stubb’s journey and thankful for the people who give back through sharing their skills and talent with those in our community who need it most.
