Early on Thanksgiving morning in Bozeman, scores of runners flocked to the Museum of the Rockies for a sporty start to the day.
Volunteers wrapped in puffy coats bobbed up and down to the techno music blasting from speakers. Friends of runners clutched coffee cups to distribute at the finish line. People adorning turkey hats and neon green leg warmers posed with friends for photos.
Volunteers said more than 3,300 people registered to participate in the race this year. Another 200 volunteers helped pull off the event.
