Every May, the Administration on Aging leads our nation’s observance of Older American’s Month.  “Engage at Every Age” emphasizes that you are never too old (or young) to take part in activities that can enrich your well-being. It also celebrates the many ways in which older adults make a difference in our communities.

Summer Lunch Volunteers needed

HRDC’s Summer Lunch program provides nutritionally-balanced meals to local children during the summer months at 12 meals sites across the valley.  The volunteer commitment for meal service is generally 2 hours (11:30-1:30ish) and children are welcome to join in the fun.

Harvest of the Month Featuring LENTILS

Fork & Spoon strives to support Montana’s farmers and ranchers by incorporating locally sourced food in its meals whenever possible. We host a monthly Harvest dinner, where we feature one Montana-native food item in the nightly meal. Join us in May for an all Montana dinner with local lentils as the featured ingredient!

Memorial Day Parade

Come enjoy a breakfast at the Legion Club starting at 7am, then a parade down Main Street at 9:30am, followed by a memorial service at Sunset Hills Cemetery at 11am.

Summer Lunch begins

Summer should be a stress-free time for parents and kids. Let our Summer Meal Program help. The Summer Meals Program is available all summer long, M-F from 12:00 pm-1: 00 pm*!  Our LUNCH program is open to ALL kids and teens 18 and under. FREE, healthy meals are available at meal sites across the Gallatin Valley.
